General Vehicle Fitment and Installation:

The IS300 comes with a factory mounting location utilized in this setup. The kit includes a new clutch master cylinder sourced from a '90-'93 Toyota Celica, featuring a 5/8" bore, compatible with most factory slave cylinders. The use of Toyota's original mounting location ensures:

• Clearance of the brake booster in the engine bay.
• Proper positioning of the clutch pedal in the cabin without interfering with electronics.

Note: Not all chassis have the required mounting holes, so many automatic-to-manual conversions will need to drill the firewall to mount the bolts and slave cylinder.

Master Cylinder Options:

• Standard 5/8" bore master cylinder: Ideal for external slave cylinders used in many Toyota, Nissan, and BMW transmissions.
• Optional 3/4" bore master cylinder: Commonly used for concentric slave cylinders, especially those in CD009 HR, T-56, TR-6060, and other conversions.

Pedal Pads: The pedal comes with a standard powder-coated finish. If you prefer a more OEM look, an optional rubber pad is available, fitting neatly on the pedal for enhanced grip and aesthetics.

Construction and Hardware:

• Primary bracket: Made from 1/8" steel, ensuring durability.
• Hanging pedal arm: Crafted from 1/4" steel with a 12mm pivot for smooth operation.
• The kit includes all necessary bolting hardware for mounting the clutch pedal and connecting the master cylinder.

Note: The correct clutch line for your transmission is sold separately. Braided stainless steel clutch lines are also available for purchase.
